Famed 90s R&B group Boyz II Men received the 2,456th star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame today reports My Fox LA.

Group members Nathan Morris, Shawn Stockman and Wanya Morris were joined by  songwriter and producers Kenneth "Babyface" Edmonds, Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis at the ceremony which convened in front of Los Angeles' Grauman's Chinese Theater on Hollywood Boulevard.

Throughout their career the Philly-bred group won nine American Music Awards, nine Soul Train Awards, three Billboard Awards, and four Grammy's. Their 1991 debut album Cooleyhighharmony sold more than nine million copies worldwide. In total, they've sold more than 60 million albums altogether.

Edmonds spoke to the crowd that gathered about the making of their biggest hit, 1992's "End of the Road," saying that he was just as nervous as the boys were to work with one another. In another sentimental moment Wanya thanked their road manager Khalil Roundtree for being a father figure to them.

Group member and bass singer Michael McCrary who left the group in 2003 due to chronic back problems wasn't present at the event. The remaining three members of the group are expected to hit the road next week for a 17 city European tour that kicks off in Berlin, to promote their current album Twenty.
